Show user title as Job Title, not Forum classification

I think this is the idea here too:

Let users custom their title

in admin panel, i can modify user title as any string. but in user panel, they only can use pre-defined Badge as title. what can i do if i want to open custom title to users ?

As i am not a developer, I change my users (job) title one by one… Problem is that we have 5k+ users…
