Site contact username is using a real user instead of system default

Even though our forum is set to the default - site_contact_username is blank - Discourse for some reason decided to assign one our our users as this contact. He noticed this happening starting with v1.3, still occurring now in v1.3-beta3.

I don’t know what else to give you, but let me know if you’d like access to our forum or anything like that.

I think the design is correct, but we should improve the copy there on the site setting @codinghorror
