wonder if could add a function for chat channel, to enable slow mode there as in a topic… thanks…

AFAIK there is no slow mode available in chat channels

I’ve just had a quick look and there doesn’t seem to be an open Contribute > Feature chat slow-mode request. Feel free to create a feature request.

thanks for checking, not sure where to create a FR in the Contribute > Feature category ?
