This theme component add the smooth scrolling behaviour when you refresh topic list by clicking to the logo on homepage.
It contains some setting where you can enable this function separately on mobile or desktop and you can also enable the a fade animation while it scrolling up.

curious,
comparing to jumping to bottom directly, does this slow down bit to the top ?
