Our first-time users are confused about how to write a topic/reply because they are too used to friendly UI of SNS. Nowadays, SNS(twitter, facebook, …) has input box directly.
You are proposing that there should be an ‘empty box’ to type in, and if there is no empty box, users do not know what to do?
Yeah, even when users know what to do, they need some time to know that. Therefore, unfortunately, some users break away or behave as lurker.
