I’d try to (temporarily) change the slug:

To fix the issue on my site, I went to the Rails console and ran:

c = Category.find_by(name: 'exemple de catégorie')
c.update(slug: 'exemple-de-categorie')

It might also be a plugin in use in these categories and not in the ones that are working
