The 3 tabs would go between most likes all time, monthly, and one other feature and then the Users could earn month specific badges. i.e.: Most Valued Contributor February 2015

You mean the first public post that they ever make to your forum? /admin/badges + New Give your badge a name Pick an icon. The font-awesome names can be found here (fa-pencil-square for example) or use a hosted image. This will be used on the various badges pages dotted around your site. Pick an (optional) image.
