SSO Users creating their account

I’m a newbie, so bear with me.

We are in the process of setting a new hosted instance, and we have enabled SSO via the microsoft addin. Users are validated via an AD group.

I want to make the new user process as simple as possible. Here’s what I want to see, but I can’t figure out how to make it work.

  1. With the initial login page, I just want to see the “login” button, not the create user. This is fine.

  1. When after I hit login, I don’t wan’t “create user”. This works fine.

  1. Here’s where I run into an issue. When the user logs in for the first time, I want them to create their account. However, I get this message.

Basically, I only want the option to create the account after they logged in via SSO.

Is this possible?

I think you may have allow new registrations disabled. That would block any new accounts from being created.

I think you may need to disable enable local logins instead. :+1:
