So basically I was wondering about staff and user only topics, for example staff members can reply to reports and only the user themselves can reply and no one else can intervene but they can see, was wondering if there was any way to do this at all?
Well true but I was wondering if it could be done in the sense of a category like an extra option for gaming communities using discourse since people can then report and appeal certain things.
You can certainly set category permissions such that only some people (or groups) can create topics, and only some people (or groups) can reply to those topics.
