We have now merged an update to rename these notices to ‘official notices’ - more details here:

Staff Notices renamed to Official Notices

To improve the clarity of how they are used, we’ve renamed “Staff Notices” to “Official Notices”. This change acknowledges that both staff members and TL4 users can create these useful notices. Additionally, notices now display the author’s name and link to their profile, providing more transparency about who posted them.
