Varför är det olika tidssystem beroende på vilket gränssnitt jag väljer? I Sverige använder vi 24 timmars systemet och inte am/pm. Kan det vara ett val, 12h/24h när man ställer in gränssnittet för sitt land?

The time format depends on translations.
In this case, the key is js.dates.time.
You can adjust that on your forum by customizing the text. Then you don’t need to wait for an update to get this fixed. German for example uses HH:mm instead of h:mm a (You can learn about time formats here).
Of course in general it’s better when the Translation on Crowdin is updated, so the change applies to all forums.
