We only provide direct support via email for customers on one of our paid hosting plans (discourse.org/pricing).
If you’re hosting Discourse yourself via Digital Ocean or another provider the best way to get free support is by searching and/or posting new topics to this Meta community.

In addition to the free support here, if you have a budget and want phone support you can post in marketplace. You are more likely to get responses if you include a budget, and likely to get more responses if you have a bigger budget.
