Text for no results in user directory

Some time ago the no_results text for the user directory was changed
https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/26579
The new text makes sense when the community is new.

But the same text is used when you use the filter and there are no results.

I wouldn’t call this community brand new.
I think in that case the previous “No results were found.” works better.

User page says that the list is empty when looking in a specific group because "your community is still brand new"

Good catch! We did not consider this case when we changed the copy. :person_facepalming:
