The chat message box is off-screen partially making it harder to chat than it should

When I try to chat here, It simply will not properly display the message to type content at the bottom. This is happening on an iPad Mini 5th gen, running DiscourseHub.

Update: On the chat portion on the forum, there is a small section where you can scroll the forum up or down. This recreates the issue.
