How to set the display order of registerConnectorClass and Lazyload image?

I inserted something into below-site-header (Call it A and B). But the B always precedes the A.
How to arrange A to stand before B.
I want to add the list I have added to the list of posts! -
I have taken some posts out, but the image seems to be loading at the same time, or I’m not sure. But for now, turning off the cache is equivalent to first-time visitors needing ~ 20Mb to load the page.
So in the template can we write<img class = "d-lazyload" src = "{{t.image_url}}">into something to make it load better?
