Time Required to Grant Custom Badges

hello,

I’ve started using custom badges and awarding them to users by uploading CSV’s of emails. how long after seeing this message are badges awarded??

as a note, I’ve awarded some ~6 hours ago and still not seeing them show up on the users’ profiles.

Immediately when I did it. It might take 24 hours for it to show up on user profile.

hmm interesting, it’s been about 24 hours and still not seeing the badge show up.

did you upload user emails or usernames @ondrej??
