Timeline Action Buttons Overlap Post Footer Actions

Description

The issue occurs in both left-to-right (LTR) and right-to-left (RTL) layouts.

When a page is scrolled toward the bottom of a long post and the viewport width becomes slightly narrower, the two buttons positioned at the bottom of the post timeline—Reply and Post Notifications—continue moving downward and overlap the post footer actions.

On the official Discourse forum, these timeline buttons stop slightly above the post footer actions and do not overlap them. On my forum, however, they stop directly on top of the footer buttons, as shown in the attached screenshot.
