On the snazzy new admin dashboard, among other things, there’s a section for Activity Metrics:
I was wondering what some of them meant… like… Time to first response. 14 what?
If I click the link and go to the details page, then I see a little tooltip thingy ?
Oh. hours. gotcha.

What do you think of copying those tooltips to the dashboard itself so one could answer that question a little more easily?
