Top contributors sidebar doesn't appear for anonymous users

Also the Discourse Top Contributors Sidebar isn’t showing any data for the Anonymous Users

is there anyway i can change that

Does it appear empty like this?

If so, you may need to go to admin → settings and enable enable user directory — it can’t access user data without this setting also being enabled.

it was enabled. Top contributors sidebar doesn’t appear for anonymous users. When signed in the list shows up

As an anonymous visitor, do you see any errors in the developer console on a page where you would expect to see the sidebar? (right click, select inspect, then choose the console tab… errors should appear in red)

It seems an anonymous user can’t access those account profiles for some reason… can you visit those profiles by visiting the URL directly? example.community.com/u/koreaiadmin
