Hello,
I need some instruction to move me the right way to make this. So what I would like and looking for solution is a panel which contains the current user profile avatar and a new topic button which place in discovery-list-container-top-outlet.
What i would like is in the red border box top of the topic list. I really appreciate and thanks for any help!
