This will help allow custom additional custom styling where currently it requires template modification.

I was actually just playing around with some theming ideas today, came to the same conclusion that this would be kinda nice to have, and had already prepped a small PR for this before I realized that this was already suggested here.

The classnames in the PR are currently unseen-topic and new-posts but they do the same job.
