one of my colleagues has developed one plugin name is a topic organizer.

this is a github url of a plugin. so when we installed this plugin on discourse, all things are working properly but when user registers on discourse user gets one activation link on user’s email id but when user clicks on that link, user gets below error.
when plugin is removed, then it is working fine.
so i am trying to solve above mentioned problem, but i was not able to solve it.
Can anybody help me out to solve this problem ?
