Correct way to deal with this is to submit translations via transifex, there should be a topic on it.

Thanks for your answer. On transifex the translation for some entries is still unreviewed. I try to customize the text over Admin > Customize > Text Content but when i search for Top Replies there is no result for my language (german) because i think that the function is not available currently. …

You’ll have to wait a few days until the translations on Transifex get integrated in Discourse.
