This bug is not quite a repeat but in the ballpark of the other two.
At Discourse site for SW-Prolog in the administration menu ( Users -> Silenced) noticed a sliced user so I clicked on their tag to see the reason and unsilence them.
Found:
Reason : Novo usuário digitado muito rápido
Original language: Portuguese
Translation: New user typed too fast
Expected the reason to be in the language of the administrator: English
