Expected:

The system message should be in the language of the admin reading the message which in my case would be English.

The rest of the system messages seems to already use the correct locale. However, there was a similar problem in the Discourse Assign plugin that got on my nerves recently. That’s now fixed as well: https://github.com/discourse/discourse-assign/commit/6d44f4fe29fd4141334d71378c58800390afd3b6
