The trust level comes up in Chinese characters when logged out:
Shows up correctly when logged back in.

Can you replicate that here or on try.discourse.org? It’s likely some interaction of browser language settings and the site settings.

It looks like a caching issue. I’m getting inconsistent results, but here it’s displayed in Spanish:
I’m not sure if this is a bug in the Discourse code, or if it’s related to our hosting. I’ve moved the topic to the bug category to be sure that it gets attention.
