After manually promoting a user to TL3, the TL automatically locks. Once you click Unlock , the user gets demoted back to TL1. Is this normal?
If they don’t meet the criteria for a trust level then they will be demoted, yes. The lock is for when you want to override the automated criteria.

Yeah, now I get it. I was a bit confused with the Lock Trust Level thing, but now I totally understand its function. Thank you for helping me clearing things up
