Hi everything is in the title. I guess lock means that user cannot go up one level? Unlock should disable that? But I found one of my user level was locked even I don’t remember having locked him… And worst when I unlock him, his trust level goes back to TL1…

But if I lock him let’s say to 3, does this means he cannot ever reach 4 ? In other words locking works both ways or only locks so he is not downgraded ?
Locking would keep them at the level you’ve set them at, so no promotion or demotion. If you set them at TL2 and lock them there, then they will remain a TL2 for the duration.
Just as an FYI, TL4 is manually awarded and can’t be achieved automatically.
