Turning my Discourse Standard install into a public BBS

I’ve followed the AI steps, but to no avail.

When people go here:

I’d like them to see the category, not be pushed to set up an account to enter. Just like meta, or the BoingBoing bbs.

I turned off ‘invite only’

and set the security for that category to EVERYONE.

What am I missing?

Seems like you have login required enabled, turning that off will clear the login page. (You’ll still have to login to post though, Discourse doesn’t have a way to post without being signed in)
