So this probably only goes to show how sad my life is but I came across a typo and a possible easter egg in the default TOS document:
the Website will be error free or that cess thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
Typo: “cess” should be “access”. It then goes on:

Not sure if that’s meant to be in there but if so, yes, I was reading it and thanks for the link.
