Unable to change the notification email in admin settings

I’d like to change the notification email in the admin settings, but each time I change it it automatically switches back to the email address I had before, which is also my “contact email” address…I do have SPF and DKIM records for the domain I’m using.

Anyone any ideas how I can fix this problem?

I’ve installed discourse on AWS using a Bitnami Discourse AMI.

As it is an unsupported install, You will need to contact bitnami for help regarding this.
