Unable to modify slider colour

I was trying to do a dark theme through theme creator and I finished the colour scheme. Now when I try the preview, the slider colour is a little bright shade of blue and I have no defined that colour anywhere. I would like to ask whether this particular colour appears on other elements as well ? If yes, how can we define it and where ? Screenshot added below, thanks.
