I’m encountering an issue where I’m unable to view the edit history of topics on my forum. When I click the pencil icon to see the edit history, it just shows a loading spinner and never loads the actual history.
Could anyone provide insights on what might be causing this issue or how to resolve it?

Just to check, you’ve updated recently right? I remember there was an issue here on Meta with infinite loading edit histories for a while…
That one has not been fixed yet.
But I think it does not affect administrators, because the edit history is not hidden for them
After entering logs, there is a clear option in the lower right corner, click Clear all logs first, and then go to the edit history page where you have an error, visit it again, and finally refresh logs to view the latest logs, and copy the log with the red x on the left to send it here

If you talk about it like this, I don’t think you will get the answer. Or you can try to back up app.yml and then make a copy of it app.yml delete all the plugins in it, and then refactor the website to see if it’s a plugin problem. If so, then arrange the plugins. I’d suggest you send out the list of plugins and see if you’re using broken plugins. I think that in general, the probability of plugins causing errors on the website is around 80%.
Thank you for your help! I followed your recommendation and discovered that the problem was indeed caused by a plugin. Specifically, the issue was with the Tickets Plugin 🎟 plugin.
