If they use consistent “social login” options, yes.
But they are effectively independent websites so that’s not guaranteed.
A very convenient option is using DiscourseHub app on Android and iOS which will manage the different credentials implicitly.
You could always contact their admin to add more login options?
In that sense discourse is more like WordPress. Every site is managed by its owner, not by a single entity (even if they are all hosted by Discourse).
