Update page <title> to indicate tab is composing new post

Here we are posting an article on desktop…
But wait, which of the browser tabs am I doing my posting in?

Well, it the HTML <title> of the tab I was in kindly said “Composing new post…” etc. instead of just continuing to say what it used to say before I hit +Create Topic: “Latest rest…”, then, well, there still would be a chance of finding it among the many tabs I have opened, without going one by one looking for it.

(Answer: indeed the current (white) tab is where I was composing a new article.)

I mean let’s say you get a phone call from Nerblesburg, so you have to look up some info. OK, you’re now back off the phone. But “which tab was that post I was composing in?”
