I noticed that the upload logo is back to this -> 
and from my experience users where finding the process easier with this one -> 
Let me know if it will stay as it is or might change back ?

The upload logo changes automatically when you add non-image file formats as authorized extensions in site settings. To change it back, you can revert the changes to the authorized extensions site setting, or use some CSS via a theme component to modify the icon.
