Hey folks,
I just set up a private Discourse Forum (invite only). It’s already filled with data from a successful Vanilla Forum data import. Now I have enabled the user directory but there’s not a single user visible in the directory. Is this an issue of the import or some other setting I haven’t found yet?
Considering I just registered for this meta forum and couldn’t find myself in the user directory here either maybe it’s simply that it takes a while to populate the directory? There’s a sort of date-filtering happening as well…
Aaand yeah, there is a regular job, as I just found out here (https://meta.discourse.org/t/user-directory-shows-only-admin/47288). It runs every 24h and the forum isn’t quite that old yet.
Guess we can close this topic but keep it open for other people who might stumble over the same issue.
