User profile picture missing when in incognito mode

Hi Guys,

We have a strange issue in that members of our community who have not set a profile picture seem to be missing the default user placeholder.

users who have set a custom profile picture seem to be unaffected.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

./launcher restart app
