Users can't find a list of the other users

I have users in my forum that can’t find a list of the other users on the forum.

If you’re the site administrator, then you should find a Users tab under the admin wrench: wrench.

Thanks! I know that, but the USERS can’t find a complete list of other users of the forum.
I guess they want to check if their friends have signed up, or something…

Click hamburger (three lines on top) and then users

If that is not visible enough to your taste see: Add /users to top nav
