Can tags serve as triggers?
Add missing-info tag to auto-close a topic after 3 months.
Remove auto-close timer if missing-info tag is removed.

Currently, I don’t think that’s possible with the existing ones, but I’ve slipped your post over to the feature category as it does sound like it could be useful.
