Using unread as default page, guest visitor hit 404

Reproduce:

goto “Settings”, find “Top Menu”, drag “unread” or “new” to the first. Open “Incognito Window” visit site.

Expected:

Guest visitors should skip the missing pages and see pages like “Latest” or "Category’.

By design, those tabs have no meaning for anonymous users.
