View progress towards a badge?

Generally, users are not meant to see the progress on acquiring a badge, or requirement stats.

Allow users to See their "Trust Level Requirements Report"

I loved the new user directory option added. My users are finding it pretty useful to find out about the most active members of the community. One of the things my users often ask is how long will it take for them to qualify to Trust Level 2 or 3. I often direct them to the trust level requirements page but users loved the option which is available to admins only.
