"waiting for reply" state for group messages

Is there any way to mark a group message as “waiting for a reply from customer/other party” that would show in the group overview?

Our situation is like this: We use Archive when something is handled, but when it’s replied to (by us) and is waiting for the customer to reply we keep it open so we can follow up later if needed. The “last post” indicator won’t work because it also changes for whispers and invites.

I think that is what we should look at fixing. Cause that resolves it cleanly.
