What happens to existing accounts when that email domain is added to the blocklist?

I’d like to minimize users registering with throw-away email addresses.

I have current members using an email domain that I’d like to block from further registrations. Does the email domain check only happen during registration?

Will existing members be able to log in after adding that domain to the block list?
