I ckecked at the themes and plugin and don’t find anything that fits it, any idea?

This would most likely need some custom work to get it looking like the site your provided. You’ll find that over in the Marketplace category
There are some plugins and Theme components I’ve found which may be helpful however.
Minimal grid style from the TC linked above doesn’t look too bad.
