So I am aware of a page that lives here: https://www.example.com/g/group_name/assigned/everyone
I don’t remember where I learned about it, probably in one of the discussions on how to use the Assigned plugin.
Anyway, it’s a very helpful page but I can’t seem to find that it’s exposed anywhere in the site’s UI. Am I overlooking it? I looked on the group page and didn’t see it there, and you can’t find it anywhere within a user profile either.
How can I put it somewhere easily accessible by our support staff to easily get there to keep track of tickets?
make sure the group allows assigns.
note also that if i am in a group that allows assigns, then any assignments for the group will also show up in my profile assigns tab, along with my individual ones.
do they have assignments? the assigns tab doesn’t show until they’ve been assigned a topic or post. Try assigning something to that group and the tab should show.
I see, that was the issue. Feels like maybe that tab should always be visible so that people know it’s there if there aren’t any currently assigned topics.
