Where to change the account_suspended email?

I can find many emails under /admin/customize/email_templates, but I don’t seem to be able to change the account_suspended email template.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Have you looked in /admin/customize/site_texts?overridden=account_suspended&q=account_suspended?
