Wrong class for username and full name in about page

I find this problem when I tried to add some styles to usernames.

In forum about page, the style id for full name is “username” and for username its “name”. It should be vice versa.

“prioritize username in ux” setting is disabled in my forum.

I also find this bug in discourse meta -

It is probably because prioritize username in ux is disabled in the Site Settings
