The discourse code references the wrong icon for “Tracked” notification level in Tag preferences:
The icon shown above is the fa-circle-o one used everywhere else for “regular” notification level, and it gets greyed-out. It should be (blue) fa-circle:
Seems impossible to fix this by any means other than asking for it to be corrected in the code, hence the bug report…

I will say that I agree with Régis this doesn’t qualify as a bug.

Хотя неверная иконка, безусловно, может запутать, она не мешает нормальному использованию Discourse. Мы по-прежнему хотим исправлять вопросы в категории Contribute > UX (как мы сделали здесь), но стараемся держать категорию Contribute > Bug для вещей, которые действительно что-то ломают.
