YouTube video conversion does not work for welcome message

Hi,

Whenever I paste a YouTube link inside of the welcome message dialogue, it does not convert to video format.

Can you guys please allow YouTube embedding for the welcome message system?

Do you mean in the banner topic? I am not sure what you are talking about.

Hey,

When you go to the admin, on the customize tab… when I paste a YouTube link in the welcome message dialogue it does not convert with the thumbnail like posting threads / topics does.

Can you guys make it so that we can use YouTube videos in our welcome messages? Thanks so much!

So you are referring to Admin, Customize, Text in the welcome “tips” email?
